• Uploaded content is used temporarily for processing and is not stored long-term unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for ensuring your input does not include confidential or illegal content.

3. Account & Credits

• Optional login is available for users who want extended features such as uploads and credits.
• Credit purchases (via Ko-fi or GCash) are non-refundable and will reflect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Watching ads to earn credits is optional and based on availability.

4. Donations

• Donations via Ko-fi or GCash help maintain the platform.
• Donating does not establish a paid service relationship but may unlock additional features (e.g., uploads).

5. Limitation of Liability

• KaibiganGPT is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
